NEET Mop up round basically means is that third round of counselling  it comes when other two rounds of counselling finished and those seats are vacant by somehow many reasons like some students drop their seats and any other reasons then these seats are left which is filled by Mop up round.

So If you completed both two rounds of counselling then after you are eligible for Mop up round of counselling ..

This counselling is through the seat allotment Quota across India for the candidates seeking for admission into private colleges and Deemed Universities. You need to separately apply for Mop up round by filling a separate form,
