No,  NSIT and DTU ask for an aggregate of 60% or more in PCM and passing them along with English in 12th, so yes you're eligible for them.IIITD ,on the other hand, demands 80%.

These are for general category. There is some relaxation for reserved categories which is mentioned in the information brochure on JAC's website.
