Hello Saurabh Sarkar ,
If any candidate doesn't produces his OBC certificate then there is a chance that he might lose his seat or else he has the chance to submit the OBC certificate later .I would recommend the candidate to renew the Certificate before sitting in the WBJEE counseling because it isn't a risk worth taking .
