Yes, as sliding round is the last round of GGSIPU counselling the college being offered according to cut off based on your rank gets freezed automatically. .. So if you don't want to take admission in that college you can go for spot councelling or through management quota. . If you are still not willing to take admission in any of the colleges you can apply for refund from ip university.
