As per your doubt I want to inform you that for studying in abroad they see your complete data of  academic record including your 10th ,12th and whatever you did in graduation.
if you got less marks in 12th examination then it will not impact on your placement.
but for that you will have to score much better marks in your graduation and if you have very good marks in 10th examination then your 12th marks will be negligible for this.
If you have scored very good marks in your graduation, post graduation and PHD in comparison of 12th marks then and your 12th marks will be negligibly considered.
