Hello, your score of 490 will not be able to get you an admission into the Stanley Medical College or KMC as both the college's require a score of 550 and above. As u have not mentioned your category, let's consider it to be Open category thus, making your chances of getting admissions very slim. There is a chance of getting admission in these colleges if you belong to any Reserved Category. Apart from these colleges there are many other Private or Government colleges in which you can secure your admission. Again, it is important to consider that there will be different cut off marks for different medical courses. 

Dear candidate

If you want to get admission in KMC you have to score 560+ marks .I know it's high but you have to achieve it if you want to get there . every year cutoff marks fluctuating 5+/5- so be on a safer side by targeting 580+ marks in the examination so that many other college options will available for you.
