By physical student, I guess you mean that you have Physical Education as a subject in your Class 12.

If so, YES. The basic eligibility criteria for B.Tech (Computer Science) in DU or any other college requires the student to pass in PCM subjects with 50-60% aggregate marks. Some colleges might ask for English as well.
