The allotment is has been done to you in 1st round and

You are willing to upgrade your course you can have the chance after you are reported to the college then you eligible for the next round of the slot or upgrade of your course

Hope you have filled the wbjee counselling 2019 and the round 1 results will be declared on 3rd of july 2019 .

Yes you need to report any of the prescribed centres for confirmation of the upgradation option .
