Hi ! Yes, you can attempt WBJEE on next year in order to score a good marks. And if you get it, you can take admission in ju CSE. You can also currently update your branch in ju by having a good CGPA. Well, in order to get you must have a rank within 200 in WBJEE. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
