HI ABHIJIT,

YES,even if you are not allotted any seat in the WBJEE 1st round councelling still you would be eligible for the 2nd round of councelling,but if you are allotted a particular seat in the 1st round then just keep in mind that in the successive round of councelling you can only be allotted the option which you have put before the allotted option.
