if I choose computer science in 11th as my course, can I go for bsc maths after 12th.

Yes you can surely go for BSc.in maths after your 12th board exams. You will just need to choose Physics, Chemistry and Maths along with Computer science as your subjects in 11th. Choosing Maths in 11th standard will strengthen your basics of Mathematics and will help you in your long run towards Bsc in Maths.
