if you do not participate in nd round, you will get your money back but that happens at thend of centire counselling process, after all the seat allotmen works are finished . they will release a notice before they start processing out the refund so dont worry about that.just keep an eye on the site. and the refund has nothing to do with your state counselling .you can participate in state counselling now and refund will happen when it has to.
