If you have rejected the seat alloted to you in the first round and then you moved in further rounds and you didnt get any seats in the further rounds then sorry to say you wont have the seat you got in first round.

but if you have freezed the seat allocated to you in the first round and you have moved for further rounds and you didnt got a seat in further rounds than you can get your seat back you got in round 1 just because you have freezed that seat.
