Hi Advitya,

Vellore Institute of technology announced the results of phase 1 counselling today and students were provisionally allotted branches based on their preferences and rank in VITEEE examination. Many students have complained about the unfair allotment of their branches even though they had a decent rank this year. However VIT has clearly mentioned that no requests for change in campus, branches or categories would be entertained.
