Tifr is Tata institute of fundamental research, this tifr conducts graduate school admission exam every year. The eligibility criteria of this exam is:

Mathematics:

1. For Ph.D.: M.A./M.Sc./M.Tech.
2. For I-Ph.D. : B.A./B.Sc./B.E./B.Tech. (Students already having/completing an M.Sc. degree by July 2020 are not eligible for I-Ph.D.).

So you have completed B.Sc in mathematics you are eligible for integrated P.Hd

in tifr.
