If you get seat in first round of counselling and not interested in that seat, then if you wish then in that situation also you can go for options for second round of counselling.

Yes. If you didn't get the college what you wish in the first Counselling process, you can apply for second round Counselling process. In the second round Counselling you can select the Colleges of your wishlist and should be in the first order.
