Yes if you don't pay your fees duly on time then your admission will be cancelled. At first you will be warned and reminded to pay your fees if you haven't paid it on due date but if you failed to pay again then your admission will be cancelled by giving a notice.

So it is adviced to pay your fees timely to avoid any issues for further.
