If I fail hsc 2019.then I shall take exam 2020.shall I appear in neet exam

Hello Aspirant!

You can sit for the NEET UG after re-attempting your class 12 Boards. But you must be aware of the fact that there are few medical colleges ( few, not all ) that do not take admission of candidates, who have re- attempted Boards, like AFMC Pune.
So do consider this thing. And keep other courses of study in your options as well.

Yes you can gove neet next year needed that you pass your 12th exam successfully next year because even if you get qualified in NEET you can get admission in college if you didn't pass your 12th exam. So I would suggest you apply for compartment as soon as possible.
