If I will give hsc exam in July 2017 then, I able to give neet exam in may 2017?

To give NEET exam, candidate has to be an appearing or 12th passed as this is the basic criteria for the same. But can you please clarify which board you are asking for because almost all board exams are held in the month of Feb-March.

No, to give NEET exam it is necessary to pass HSC exam first. Thn only u'll b able to give NEET exam.
