Yes, in order to give the JEE, the qualification criteria is the clearance of the class 12 with atleast 5 subjects and the candidate should be more than 17 years old. The candidate appearing in the JEE 2020 must have passed the class 12 in 2018 or 2019 or 2020 and will be eligible for the appearing in JEE 2020. Yes you will be eligible for JEE Mains ans Advance if you reappear in the board examination again next year. You can write the jee mains and advance for three times for general and for sc st category its anytime possible. The main eligibility is you have to score 50% in every subject except language . Wishing you luck
