First of all you are a Sharma which is a High Brahmin caste , then how can you apply for obc in jee mains
sorry to say but you are not eligible because you cleared your obc jee mains cut off percentile but you could not cleared your board exam percentage which is above 75percent .and should be minimum at 75%.bed luck but never loose hope.
