No, you cannot apply for Maharashtra Government Colleges through Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling. Through Rajasthan State Quota NEET UG Counselling 85 percentage of State Quota seats (Government) and 100 percentage Private Colleges seats are alloted. Through All India Quota 15 percentage of Central Universities seats, Deemed Universities seats, AIIMS, JIPMER, ESIC, etc seats will be allotted.

If you are Maharashtra State domicile then you can directly apply for Government Colleges in Maharashtra through Maharashtra State NEET UG Counselling and if you belong to other State then you can apply for Government Colleges in Maharashtra through All India Quota NEET UG Counselling.
