if i get 140 marks in keam...is there any chance of getting pharmacy in government college

The rank lists for Bpharm courses is prepared seperately. To get into government and government controlled colleges, you need to get a rank between 1000-18000. For preparation of rank list, your KEAM score is calculated as follows (out of 480)

[(2.25xchemistry marks in KEAM) + Marks in Physics] x 2/3
