It would be tough to tell you the exact as the cutoff varies every year. As per 2017 to get B.tech CSE branch the cutoff was 2369 Max. Closing rank for Outside Delhi region. You can check the other branches cutoff of NSIT with the given below link.

NSIT takes the admission through JAC Delhi counselling on the basis of JEE Main score. As per the eligibility you must have 60% or more marks in the aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Is this compulsory to get more than 60 mark in pcm individual....??

No, You should have minimum 60% in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics not individually and English as a subject of study at the Senior School Certificate Examination Level. Each of the mentioned subjects needs to be passed individually only.
