Each question in TS eamcet carries 1 mark. I'm wondering that how could you get marks in decimal points. If you have given 39 correct answers then your marks in ts eamcet will be 39. However if you got 39 it means that you are not qualified and your rank will not be displayer and rank card will not be issued to you. Anyways if you the seats are left over in second counselling then you are elgible. The other option you have is through management quota. Even through management quota you can get the seat. The ts eamcet results will be declared soon and the counselling procedure will start immediately after results release.
