Most Probably, Your rank will be in the range of 255750 - 287500. In this range  your chances will be tough to get a seat in civil engineering branch in any NIT. In that NIT where you have a State Quota reservation, there you may have a chance to get a seat.

But Still there will be a huge shift in every year on so many factors, number of students who have given the exam, Difficulty level of exam, e.t.c.
