The rank which you get after KCET result is the final rank which is used for all rounds of KCET councelling for the year 2021. If you have got a rank of 800 in KCET 2021, then it won't change for round 2 and round 3 of KCET counselling.
However the cutoff ranks increase after every round of councelling for different branches and colleges. Hence with every round of councelling your chances of getting your preferred branch increase. You can refer the previous year's KCET cutoff ranks to estimate the branch which you may get with your rank.
