Dear Furqan, lets say you secured an admission in Government College in Physiotherapy and you completed your first year. But you get a seat in NEET 2020, you need to request for a TC from the current college and seek admission in the Medical College that you get a seat in. This is the general procedure. For this you may have to reach out to the College Administration.
