Hello aspirant,
In West Bengal the admission in engineering colleges are given on the basis of wbjee ranks. If you are allotted a seat under TFW category then only it is required to show the certificate if you got a seat under general quota then it's not necessary to show any TFW certificate. Also if you get a TFW seat you can also show family income certificate instead of TFW certificate so there is not a big issue your seat doesn't get cancelled.
