Yes, If the college takes admission on the basis of 12th Board marks/percentage, then after clearing the exam by appearing in the compartment exam, they will allow you to get admission in their B.Sc program on the basis of 12th Percentage. But for that, you must satisfy all other required conditions as prescribed by the particular institute.
