Hey Ankita,

Yes, you are eligible for AIIMS in November as well. Also, if you have done the basic registration now, then you need not do it again. You just have to do the final registration process to appear in the November session. Once you complete the basic registration, you just have to do final registration everytime you want to appear for the Examination.
You can give the exam as many times you want till the age of 30 years.
