Hey.
If you score 100 marks in CLAT you will not have much chance for admission in NLUs. The cut off mark varies each year. So an accurate response for marks required can't be given. In one year the marks required were above 120 and in one year the marks required were above 140. So the marks depends on various factors like level of difficulty, competition amd more. Hence if your rank is above 1500 you seem to have a fair chance for admission in any NLU. But for a admission in any top 5 College here is the previous year cut off. But 100 marks would be too low a score for any NLUs
