It would be tough to say that you will get government medical for MBBS with such marks even if we consider previous year cut off then also chances are less to get admission and as you know cut off used to change every year due to various factors , so i will suggest you that if you want to get seat in government medical college then workd hard and try to score more then 500 then only you will have chances of getting seat in government college . It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.


But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 210 marks you don't hold a chance to get a seat in government medical college


For example,

In neet 2019, 530 marks for general category was the lowest marks to get a seat in GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE under MP state quota and it was for Government Medical College, Shivpuri
