As you have not mentioned your category I am considering it as general category.According to previous year last round ranks cutoffs the maximum rank under which a general cadidate got the admission in college under JoSSA is around 50k to 55k but your suggested rank is far from that hence it would be impossible for you to get admission under JoSSA counseling.

You can try your luck in CSAB special counseling for better chances.
