According your expected  JEE Advanced rank,, you can choose these IITs as per 2019 Jee Advanced Closing ranks. IIT Kharagpur, IIT Roorkee, IIT BHU Varanasi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Gandhinagar, IIT Patna. yes, you can admission in top 7 IITs but you have to compromise about your branch. if your want to know more accurate college to get for your rank then go through this link. the link is here.

Firstly, congratulations on scoring a rank of 6000. It is a good rank.  Due to the competition increasing by the minute everyday, the need for scoring higher marks and scores keep increasing more and more. The courses offered at the top Indian Institutes of Technology demand high scores such as Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electrical Engineering.

It would be a bit depending on the IIT you intend to go to and the courses that are of your choice. However, with this rank it would be a bit tough for the top courses.
