Hello Kamalijot,
To get admission into DU your percentage needs to above 93%. Since you have scored 65% you are not eligible. You need to have state level certificates in the competitions you have participated. But still it old be difficult to secure a seat with 65%. I would recommend you to write DU entrance test to get a seat.
