I m considering u as a general candidate ,so with your all india rank of 66130 you are not eligible to take admission into any nit if I m considering you in other thank homestate quota .
If considering you in any of homestate quota then probably you can get into nit uttrakhand ,nit srinagar with branches like chemical engineering as well as u can get electrical engineering,information technology branch too ,in sardar vallabhai nit you can apply for 5 year integrated courses , Nit roukela with 5 year integrated course of life science , Nit raipur u can apply for metallurgical engineering and mining engineering. but this options are only available if you are under home state category of their respective state.

Or you can take admission in GFTIs like assam university ,silchar or Bits mesra under home state category you can easily apply for many branches with your rank .
With this rank its very difficult for you to get into any reputed institues though you can apply for the colleges mention above or else you can pursue your engineering in any reputed private colleges like srm or lpu university .
