First of all congrats for secuuring 66k rank in JEE . As per latest news hbti might not take admmision through upsee. HBTI KANPUR is switching itsintake through jee mains , so its a good news as seats will be more. Just check about it and as per your rank if you have any state domicile then yes you will definitely get a seat by 2nd round of counselling else you have to wait for final round . check: http://hbtu.ac.in/
