It is difficult to predict the exact scenario here. Whether you will get a seat in the course or not depends on the merit-list prepared. The merit list is prepared based on 60 percent PCM boards marks and 40 percent GUJCET score. If a candidate has not appeared for GUJCET, the merit-list is prepared based on the JEE main marks of the candidate.

I can only predict that with your score you have a fair chance. The actual results might vary, as there is no standard cut-off given by the university. You can however apply and hope for the best.
