Hello Candidate,
You need a minimum of 75% to get admission in NITa and there was some minimum percent for PCM as well (I think). So, it may be a little difficult for you to get through even if you clear the cut off, also you will be needing the new marksheet and admit cards during your JEE main counselling, so yes you'll be eligible.
P.S. It's really hard to fail in boards. Even though the physics paper was extremely hard,CBSE compensates for a tough paper with lenient checking.

Yes you are eligible to sit in nit exam because as per their criteria you have 75%in class twelth and appeared for jee main too so yes you can.
