Hello

Yes even if you pass with grace marks , you will be still eligible for neet examination, provided you should have passed in English and must have obtained a minimum of
50% marks taken together in PCB in your class 12th board examination if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories .

Also grace marks is not mentioned on marksheets , it is just that students, who are short of a mark or two to pass and are awarded grace marks. So one including nta cannot know whether you have got grace marks or not , so you will not have any problem even if you pass with grace marks in a subject.
