Hello,

Yes, you are eligible even if you are awarded grace marks provided you must have passed 10+2 with Biology, Physics, Chemistry and English from a recognised board. If you belong to general category candidates you must have passed with minimum 50% marks in Biology, Physics and Chemistry taken together, if you belong to SC/ST/OBC it is minimum 40% marks in PCB and for PWD candidates it is minimum 45% marks. If you are an NEET 2021 aspirant then the minimum age must be 17 years as on December 31, 2021.
