hello ihave got 5 grace marks in physics in board exams and i was getting 28 and +5 grace that's total to 33 am i eligible for neet my overall percentage becomes more than 60 if i doesn't count the grace marks am i eligible

Individual marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology are not considered for NEET. You need to pass all the subjects. Marks only matter when there's a tie between candidates. Otherwise, to be eligible for NEET, you need to have secured at least 50% marks in PCB if you are from general category. Then you are eligible. So even without calculating grace marks, you are eligible.

From calculation point of view, 5 marks only make 1% of your total score. And as per the eligibility criteria for NEET UG, 2020, the Candidate must haveev passed class 12th with minimum 50% marks in PCB and english subject combinations from a recognised Board of education, ( for general category ).
So, Yes, without counting the grace marks too, you are eligible.
