If u get into very good colleges in civil engineering
And want to change branch after a year ,you will have a very minor chance to get into cs ,is or ece
Because
1.there is a very little chance any seat will be vacant
2.there will be lot of competition . A lot
I wont recommend you to join civil and then change branch .it is be only possible with shear luck
