Hello,
As per CBSE Examination rules, a student is declared pass if he passes in English and 4 other subjects. So, even if you fail in Mathematics you will be considered passed provides you pass in all other subjects.
And hence you will be eligible for admission to undergraduate courses in any university including DU.
For admission to English honors in Delhi University marks of English+best 3 subjects are included to calculate the percentage. You need to have 97+ percentage to secure the admission for general category.
