I have 6 subjects commerce with maths and physical .. if in case I get absent in maths board paper then will physical education will be consider as my main subject AND THEN CAN I INCLUDE PHYSICAL IN MY BEST 4 FOR DU (BCOM P )

You can but it is better not to be because Abs sign in your 12th marksheet won't reflect good.
Plus if you will include physical education in your best of four score there will be a deduction of 1.5% fo marks because physical education is not considered as Subjective/elective subject by DU.

Is it 2.5 or1.5 ? also tell that is there any du for bcom where there is no such deduction

It is 1.5%. The rule has changed in 2019 so it is updated. Plus this condition is set by DU. So all the college affiliated under DU have to the conditions laid else they will have to face repercussions for it. So there is NO such college UNDER DU which will not follow this criteria.
So all the best. And try to give the exam. Even if you don't score good you have an option of improvement which you can go for!
