Hello,
No,you can not appear for BITSAT entrance exam as you don't have 75% aggregate marks in pcm in class 12th boards.You need to have 75% in pcm to be eligible to give BITSAT.
However you can appear for cbse 12th improvement exams and can improve your percentage too.
