If I have a Hons degree from DU in the subject i wish to pursue for MA from DU as well, and I qualify for merit based admission, do I have to give the entrance examination under any circumstance? Or am I only eligible for merit based admission?

Hello dear student !

If you are sure that you can make into MA on the merit basis , then you can only apply to the merit based admission in masters and then you don't need to give the entrance examination of the same. And if you are un doubt that you can't make into masters on just merit basis, then you can apply for both the entrance basis admission and merit basis admission in the application form.
