HELLO,

Yes, you can submit your OBC NCL certificate from the central list for the AIIMS Paramedical form.

The AIIMS Paramedical form accepts OBC NCL certificates from both the central list and the state list. Since your certificate is from the central list, it should be valid for the application. Just ensure that it is in the proper format as specified by AIIMS guidelines.
