I am guessing that your question is in regarding with JEE Main paper 1 i. e BE / BTech

No , you are not eligible for JEE main and JEE advanced examination with maths as an additional subject for BE / Btech

This is because,

To be eligible for JEE main and jee advanced it is mandatory to have studied maths as a compulsory subject.

In case , if you are asking about B. Arch and B planning then you will be eligible , as for that it is not mandatory to have studied Maths as a compulsory subject ,you just need to have a studied maths

If you have physics,chemistry,  and maths (as additional)  just like bio maths .then No you cannot give jee mains but As well as jee advanced

But you are eligible for b.arch and b plainning
